Ensure that you’ve correctly assigned the conversation in the Classroom Dashboard under the Conversations tab for the chosen classroom. Also, verify that students have joined using the correct QR code or link.
If a student’s dashboard is blank, they may need to scan the classroom QR code or click the class link once more to properly connect to the classroom. If the issue persists, please contact us here and we will get back to as soon as possible.
Check if the AI Feedback option is enabled for that specific conversation. If it’s turned off, only teacher feedback will be available.
If pronunciation errors lead to mistranslations, consider instructing students to clearly enunciate their words or use the keyboard input in the chat toolbar as a backup.
